We are a Christian leadership development centre committed to equipping leaders for functional competence and effective service.
Bethany Leadership Development Centre (BLDC) is a network of Christian leaders and disciples committed to making a lasting impact in Christendom. As a para-church centre, BLDC promotes leadership development, capacity building, tourism, heritage activities and event management through learning and meaningful engagement.
Our work is centred on helping leaders grow in spiritual depth, values, integrity, skills and capacity so that they can exercise their gifts and serve people effectively.
